The Operations Department is responsible for production of key components and full transmissions. Within one factory we are organized as sub factories, each performing as a self-managing team, responsible for their own production, maintenance, quality and the continuous improvement of their processes. This nurtures an engaging and motivating culture, resulting in sub factories treating each other as customers.
This department includes all activities, which aim at supporting the Operations and R&D departments. Functions on all levels can be found here in the teams: Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, IT, Project Management Office, Product Management, Quality, Purchasing, Health-Safety-Environment, Facility, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Protoshop, Canteen, Staff General and HR.
